After suffering a deep adrenal burnout & nervous system breakdown myself last winter, I can affirm that this is the truth. Our sub-conscious minds know when we are suppressing our authentic selves to try to keep up with family or social expectations & standards of behavior. And this suppression of the self will eventually come out in dis-ease of some sort! I am on a mission to be fully myself and to stop trying to conform myself to other’s expectations.
