⭐ Congratulations Atong Chiman for being awarded the Daniel D. Gilbert Award - Employee Servant Leadership Award! ⭐

Atong has been with CCC Middletown for two years, as a full time night shift caregiver. Her pleasant, quiet strength brings consistent comfort to our residents every night. She reflects the light of Christ with our residents, families and fellow team members. She can always be counted on to at work on time (even with having to travel from across town)!

She demonstrates leadership by helping to train new caregivers on the night shift. Constantly Atong leads by example - always willing to jump in and perform daily tasks for our residents. This leadership sets a positive tone for others to learn from. Residents consistently praise her friendly personality and thoughtful care. She also serves a s a member of our QAPI Committee, sharing insightful ideas and providing helpful input on projects.

It is a great honor to award Atong for the Daniel Gilbert Employee Servant Leadership Award!

We are located in the heart of the Middletown/Douglas Hills area of Metro Louisville. Our campus is home to senior adults 55 and over. We offer 3 types of living with patio homes, apartments and assisted living. Within these 3 types of living are 2 levels of care, independent living and state certified assisted living. Our location is ideal for quiet and simple living that is near many amenities in the area such as shopping, dining, places of worship, as well as nearby interstate access.
