Our home office team came together in a big way this holiday season and adopted 160 Salvation Army Angels through the Angel Tree program.

At Trilogy, our employees' compassion and generosity don't stop with the residents we serve every day. We filled wish lists to ensure children and families in our community feel supported and cared for during this special time of year.

Marilee chose Trilogy after hearing "nothing but good things," especially about the support, teamwork, and encouragement our teams provide one another. Please help us welcome Shannon W. back to Trilogy as Executive Director of BridgePointe Health Campus! She’s returning to continue her journey of care, connection, and leadership, and we couldn’t be happier to have her back.

During her time at Trilogy, Shannon has grown as a leader, learning from mentors and passing on those lessons as a preceptor in the AIT program. Inspired by Trilogy’s evolving standards and commitment to excellence, she’s excited to be back and still carries leadership lessons from her favorite book, The Energy Bus.

Keith rejoins us at The Willows At Okemos, bringing 29 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing care, including 17 years in Michigan. Many will remember Keith from his time at the campus between 2015–2020, and we’re excited to have him back leading with passion and expertise.

Before becoming a licensed nursing home administrator in three states, Keith spent six years as a public health inspector. He holds a B.S. in Health Science/Public Health from Western Illinois University.

Recently, residents and employees from 11 Southwest campuses took to the skies in hot air balloons, helping many check a lifelong dream off their bucket list.

These experiences spark connection, create joy, and give our teams purpose in the work they do every day. As Mandie McDonald, Southwest Life Enrichment Support, shared:

In his new role, Dominick will take on direct management of our culinary operations, guiding the team toward daily excellence and driving continued growth. We’re confident his vision and passion will lead to even greater success.

Trilogy Health Services is proud to announce that 34 additional campuses have earned the 2025 AHCA/NCAL Silver Achievement in Quality Award. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to clinical excellence and our mission to be the Best Healthcare Company in the Midwest.

Trilogy represents more than 16 percent of all Silver award recipients nationwide. Every Kentucky recipient was a Trilogy campus, and 11 of 13 in Ohio were part of our network.

Recently, Trilogy’s Registered Apprenticeship Program was recognized by the state of Kentucky for outstanding dedication to Kentucky’s workforce. One of only 10 winners across the state, this honor reinforces our dedication to reinvesting in our employees and their career growth.

The recognition is only offered to organizations that demonstrate excellence and have trained more than 100 apprentices in Kentucky.
