Keith rejoins us at The Willows At Okemos, bringing 29 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing care, including 17 years in Michigan. Many will remember Keith from his time at the campus between 2015–2020, and we’re excited to have him back leading with passion and expertise.

Before becoming a licensed nursing home administrator in three states, Keith spent six years as a public health inspector. He holds a B.S. in Health Science/Public Health from Western Illinois University.

Recently, residents and employees from 11 Southwest campuses took to the skies in hot air balloons, helping many check a lifelong dream off their bucket list.

These experiences spark connection, create joy, and give our teams purpose in the work they do every day. As Mandie McDonald, Southwest Life Enrichment Support, shared:

We’re excited to share that Dominick Patrevito has been promoted to Vice President of Culinary Operations!

Dominick has been a key pillar of support for our culinary team in his role as Assistant Vice President of Dining Services—leading with consistency, heart, and a deep commitment to our mission. His strong leadership has played a critical role in shaping our culture and elevating the dining experience across the board.

In his new role, Dominick will take on direct management of our culinary operations, guiding the team toward daily excellence and driving continued growth. We’re confident his vision and passion will lead to even greater success.

Trilogy Health Services is proud to announce that 34 additional campuses have earned the 2025 AHCA/NCAL Silver Achievement in Quality Award. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to clinical excellence and our mission to be the Best Healthcare Company in the Midwest.

Trilogy represents more than 16 percent of all Silver award recipients nationwide. Every Kentucky recipient was a Trilogy campus, and 11 of 13 in Ohio were part of our network.

“This achievement underscores our dedication to making lives better and enhancing the quality of care,” said CEO Leigh Ann Barney. “Our goal is to raise the bar across the industry, and I’m proud of our progress.”

Recently, Trilogy’s Registered Apprenticeship Program was recognized by the state of Kentucky for outstanding dedication to Kentucky’s workforce. One of only 10 winners across the state, this honor reinforces our dedication to reinvesting in our employees and their career growth.

The recognition is only offered to organizations that demonstrate excellence and have trained more than 100 apprentices in Kentucky.

We’re proud to be part of the success of the U.S. Department of Labor’s apprenticeship program and even prouder of our incredible team who make it all possible.

"Open communication and consistent feedback have helped me build confidence and grow in ways I didn’t expect," says Sarah O., Director of Health Services at Scenic Hills at the Monastery.

Since joining Trilogy in April, Sarah has stepped outside her comfort zone, expanded her skills, and focused on building strong, trusting relationships with her team.

Say hello to our 2025 Summer Interns!

This talented group of students from colleges and universities across the Midwest is spending the summer gaining hands-on experience and learning what it means to serve at Trilogy.

Recently, they had the chance to tour Forest Springs Health Campus and hear from our Chief Nursing Officer, Rhonda Dempsey, about the incredible work our teams do every day. We’re excited for the impact they’ll make and the growth they’ll experience this summer!

Meet Barb, Director of Health Services at The Heritage. Her journey in healthcare spans 25 years, beginning with 22 years of volunteer service as an EMT, a path that led her to a fulfilling career in nursing. Since earning her LPN, RN, and BSN, she has cared for others across various settings, including Med/Surg, ICU, ER, Geri Psych, Long-Term Care, and Assisted Living. She’s also led teams as a Nurse Manager, Director of Quality, and now as Director of Health Services.

Outside of work, Barb enjoys spending time with her husband of 16 years, their three children, and six grandchildren. Whether she’s at a quilting retreat, on the golf course, or relaxing by the pool, she brings the same care and heart she shares with her team and residents each day.

Last weekend, our home office team showed up big for the Louisville Sports Commission Corporate Games. This community-wide event brings together employees from Louisville-area businesses and organizations for a day of friendly competition and camaraderie.

Our team members, alongside their families, came together to compete, connect, and live out the culture that makes Trilogy special. We even took home the award for Best T-Shirt Design in our division, a small but meaningful moment that highlighted our team’s creativity and attention to detail.

We’re proud to share that 15 Trilogy campuses have earned the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award from the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL), bringing all eligible Trilogy campuses into the ranks of nationally recognized care providers.

This award marks the first step in a three-tiered program that recognizes excellence in long-term and post-acute care.

Meet Jacquelyn F., Director of Health Services at North River Health Campus, who rejoined Trilogy in 2024 after a decade of meaningful impact across the senior care space. Jacquelyn brings servant leadership to life by rolling up her sleeves, empowering her team, and always putting people first.

During our Spring Meeting on April 22–23, our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) brought this to life through our first-ever BRG Activation Stations — interactive spaces designed to celebrate identity, spark connection, and create community.

Each station offered a unique way to engage:
- Black History Trivia
- Friendship Bracelet Making + Podcasting
- "Where Are You From?" World Map
- Diversity Flower Activities
- Veteran Gratitude Letters

These moments remind us that when we create space for every voice to be heard, we all grow stronger together.
