Helen J. began her healthcare journey in 1969 as a Certified Nursing Assistant and later earned her LPN license. She has been caring for others ever since. Since joining Autumn Woods Health Campus in 2011, Helen has been a steady, compassionate presence for both residents and teammates.

What keeps her going after all these years? The residents. Every single day, Helen shows up with one simple goal: to make their lives better and make Autumn Woods a happy place to live.

Her advice to future healthcare professionals is just as meaningful: Follow the Golden Rule. Treat others the way you want to be treated.

And retirement? Not anytime soon. Helen says she is not retiring until she is 100, and honestly, we believe her.

Savannah brings a strong clinical foundation in emergency medicine, occupational health, and PICC specialty nursing. She leads with a clear purpose: helping her team reach their full potential so residents receive the very best experience.

Savannah shared that one of her most meaningful moments so far came when an experienced team member told her, “I believe in you, and I want to see you succeed as a leader.” That kind of support is what makes this work so special.

Our home office team came together in a big way this holiday season and adopted 160 Salvation Army Angels through the Angel Tree program.

At Trilogy, our employees' compassion and generosity don't stop with the residents we serve every day. We filled wish lists to ensure children and families in our community feel supported and cared for during this special time of year.

Keith rejoins us at The Willows At Okemos, bringing 29 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing care, including 17 years in Michigan. Many will remember Keith from his time at the campus between 2015–2020, and we’re excited to have him back leading with passion and expertise.

Before becoming a licensed nursing home administrator in three states, Keith spent six years as a public health inspector. He holds a B.S. in Health Science/Public Health from Western Illinois University.
