☀️ feeling inspired and renewed after a fulfilling weekend retreat with incredible teachers at the beautiful Supersoul Farm in Upstate NY owned by 🌀🙏

🩵 I deepened my love and appreciation for bhakti yoga, kirtan, asana, meditation, food and connection

🎵 played the harmonium for the first time

🤸‍♀️ moved my body in new ways and built strength in familiar and new asanas

😌 befriended my nervous system

🥹 made new soul tribe friends

🚊 took at train to nyc to visit .ambartsumian and found myself chanting and meditating surrounded by beautiful people 💖

🙏 thank you god for guiding me on my spiritual path and deepening my understanding of what it means to be a yogi 🧘‍♀️
