✨sound bath in the chapel ✨

some of you know I work each Sunday morning singing at Central Presbyterian in Old Louisville

I decided to give back for my birthday by providing a sound bath and chair yoga class for members of the church community 🩷

it was a beautiful and memorable experience 🙏

🌝 are you interested in receiving a private sound bath? my spring schedule is starting to fill up, but I love scheduling new groups and I can find space to provide for you!

I have to share how proud I am of Kim for accomplishing 30 days of hot yoga (nonstop) 🔥

✨ she reached her goal this morning in my 10:45 hot vinyasa 🥹 and she’s been showing up week after week with fierce power!

🙏 your discipline and drive is sooo inspiring and you deserve to be celebrated!!! 💖🥹

2025 ~ I adopted two baby kitten 🐈‍⬛ girls, moved into a new apartment, started my saturn 🪐 return, fell in love with a beautiful soul ♥️ .hawkins, learned to accept some wounded parts of myself, learned I am capable of receiving unconditional love, changed jobs, grew my business and made an llc, accomplished 2 years sober, traveled, grew in my spiritual practice, and grew with my yoga community 🙏

2025 in numerology is the year of the 9 and the year of the snake in chinese zodiac ~ it symbolizes recognition, wisdom, shedding the old, and completion

I am grateful to God for love, community, partnership, friendship, music, movement, animals, and yoga

🙏 what has 2025 taught you? what are you bringing into 2026 and leaving behind in 2025?

🩵 last year on new year’s eve I did my first sound bath at — a series that grew to several workshops over the course of this year!

🩵 this new year’s day 1/1 I am offering a warm yin and sound bath at 1 pm (without an extra workshop fee) to give the gift of sound and yoga to our community!
