This October, we're shining a spotlight on 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗸𝗻𝗲𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁! Recovery doesn't end when you leave the hospital--PT is key to regaining strength and confidence in your mobility.

Consistency and proper technique are crucial. Doing your exercises daily, using correct form, and gradually increasing intensity helps protect your knee and ensures the best possible outcome. Don't ignore pain or swelling and communicate with your therapist so adjustments can be made safely. Even gentle movement outside of therapy sessions can make a big difference in your recovery.
