Having a baby outside of the hospital is generally non eventful. The more we normalize it, the less likely it is to be frowned upon.

Dispatchers are trained to handle just about anything, and for one dispatcher, that training helped bring a new life into the world.

Being in the community as a LISTENER first, has afforded me the opportunity and vision to see EXACTLY what my community needs and wants. Three years ago I had a dream that showed me exactly how I would put my Midwifery education, and my medical background to use. So as I work towards the end of my education and training, I know that it's time to start putting things into motion.
My ultimate vision is to eliminate the gaps in reproductive healthcare. Not only that, but to give women who look like me the experience of being cared for by providers who look like them, and who have shared experiences. I'll be pulling up before you know it!!
The website isn't "live" yet. In fact the only thing you can do through the website is DONATE!! Even though it isn't completely live, I encourage you to go take a peek of the dream I've been dreaming 🌻
