With over 18 years of experience working with parents prenatally and in their postpartum journeys, Bonnie Knows Breast! Specializing in lactation and nutrition consulting that includes in-home, in-office, and telehealth services for prenatal and professional lactation education, parent classes on breastfeeding basics, starting solids with your baby, pumping and more, I am here to help you in your

pregnancy and beyond. I am committed to giving personalized, affirming care to each family and individual that I work with! Supporting families during this critical and emotional time in their lives is such important work that I do not take lightly. I promise to provide support in a compassionate, non-judgmental way to meet you where you are and help you meet your chest/breastfeeding or nutrition goals. 🌸 Medical history/surgeries that might impact breastfeeding
tandem feeding another child

Afterglow! Our new parent support community for parents with kiddos up to 12 months(ish).

We've got you covered! Our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible while you've visiting us. That's why our restroom is stocked with lotion, pads and menstruation products, wipes, dermoplast, and more! Stop by Afterglow for the support, and stay for the coffee or tea, get your baby weighed, and stock up on supplies at The Pump Bar.

Whether it's your first time at Afterglow, you're a regular, or it's been awhile since you've dropped in, our door is open to you this summer! We meet every Wednesday from 10am-11:30am at the Bonnie Knows Breast office!

Afterglow is co-facilitated by an amazing group of women who've "been there" and know what it's like to navigate the roses and thorns of being a new parent.

We are inclusive and supportive of all genders and family structures and we welcome you into our circle of support!

Important Update: Blue Cross Blue Shield plans will no longer be accepted by The Lactation Network (TLN). Urgent action is needed by you if you are pregnant and want to attempt to get covered. Approvals will end July 14, 2025.

We know lactation support improves lifetime health outcomes for parents and babies. We know preemie babies survive and thrive with breastmilk. We know parents supported at work with pumping are more likely to stay at their job and be happy. We know how important breastfeeding, breastmilk, and lactation support are, yet health insurance companies continue to undervalue and deny coverage claims.
