Pumping SHOULDN'T HURT. Getting a fl**ge fit is a MUST when you are using a breast pump. It is NOT one size fits all.
Does it hurt when you pump?

Are you overwhelmed by all the breastpumps and accessories out there? There's no need!

In this class, Lactation Consultant Bonnie Logsdon walks you through exactly which pump you need, what your insurance covers, and what you actually need (and what you can skip). Most parents spend hundreds on pumps and accessories before baby arrives — often buying the wrong things.

Attendees receive 10% off The Pump Bar supplies, located inside Bonnie Knows Breast and online.

*Ideal for those in the 4th trimester and planning to order a breast pump.

The class fee is $35 and registration is required. Register at: https://bonnieknowsbreast.intakeq.com/booking?serviceId=008001a3-73aa-4a03-b920-16c4cdf2d701

There’s something quietly powerful about sitting in a circle—especially for moms who spend so much of their days giving to everyone else.

Stepping into a space like this is its own kind of care. It’s a pause, a soft exhale, and a chance to be held, not just to hold. In a circle, the edges between us soften, and we settle into something shared where no one has to carry it all alone.

Afterglow New Parent Group is a soft place to land in those early months, and a chance to make space for yourself within a community that gets it. Whether you’re overwhelmed, lonely, curious, or just ready to get out of the house, this time is yours. If your baby is around 12 months or younger, you belong here.

No pressure, no expectations. We’ll meet you where you are.

Join us every Wednesday from 10:00–11:30am at Bonnie Knows Breast.

Afterglow is a gentle way to ease back into the world with your baby, reconnect with yourself, and find your people 💛

While you’re here, you can:
• Connect with other new moms
• Check your baby’s weight if you’d like
• Explore feeding essentials at The Pump Bar
• Chat with a facilitator who’s been there

Come as you are—late arrivals, fussy babies, and everything in between are always welcome 💛

Our next AFTERGLOW FOUNDATIONS cohort is beginning on May 14th! Did you give birth between February and April this year? Then this cohort is for you!

This 4th trimester series is designed for families with babies 3–6 WEEKS old. These small groups bring together parents whose babies are close in age and have similar due dates. Limited spots available!

Your cohort will meet weekly for 8 weeks in 90-minute sessions.

Each session includes:
• Guidance from a local community expert (topics rotate each week)
• Practical education for life with a newborn
• Open discussion and Q&A
• Dedicated time to connect and socialize with other new moms
