Just a reminder to all the feeding parents out there : ASK FOR SUPPORT this holiday season!

As the primary feeding parent, it can sometimes feel like you’re the one who has to do it all. You might need support, but not know exactly what to ask for from your partner or loved ones.

Feeding the baby, whether chestfeeding, breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle feeding, is just one part of the postpartum journey. There are so many ways for partners and loved ones to nurture, support, and lighten the load for the birthing parent that don’t involve feeding at all.

THIS WEEKEND, while you're out shopping, if you're able, pick up a few extras to help make spirits brighter this holiday season, and drop them off at Bonnie Knows Breast on Monday or Tuesday.

Items especially in need are:
Diapers
Wipes
Formula
Kid Socks & Underwear
New or Gently Used Books
Gift Cards in amounts of $25 or less

Donations can be dropped off at the Bonnie Knows Breast Office at 6011 Brownsboro Park Blvd Suite D, Louisville, KY 40207, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 2:00pm until December 23rd.
