With over 18 years of experience working with parents prenatally and in their postpartum journeys, Bonnie Knows Breast! Specializing in lactation and nutrition consulting that includes in-home, in-office, and telehealth services for prenatal and professional lactation education, parent classes on breastfeeding basics, starting solids with your baby, pumping and more, I am here to help you in your pregnancy and beyond. I am committed to giving personalized, affirming care to each family and individual that I work with! Supporting families during this critical and emotional time in their lives is such important work that I do not take lightly. I promise to provide support in a compassionate, non-judgmental way to meet you where you are and help you meet your chest/breastfeeding or nutrition goals. Afterglow is a welcoming new parent group centered on connection, understanding, and real-life support. This is a space where you can show up just as you are, share openly, listen, and find comfort in community with others who truly get it.

Whether you’re celebrating little wins, working through challenges, or simply craving adult conversation while holding your baby, you belong here.

This class is in-person on Tuesday, March 24th at 6pm at the Bonnie Knows Breast Office: 6011 Brownsboro Park Blvd Suite D, Louisville, KY 40207.

Perfect for expectant parents whether first time or many times, every pregnancy and baby are different!

This FREE 2 hour class includes information on:
-How does your body make milk
-How to achieve a comfortable pain-free latch
-How to hold and position the baby at the breast
-Myths about breast/chestfeeding
-Create a plan for when the baby arrives
-How can partners support your journey

Partners are encouraged to attend this fun and informative class.

This 45 minute interactive Babies Class Pop-Up is specially designed for families with pre-crawling, infants under nine months old.

Join us on February 25th at 12:00pm at Bonnie Knows Breast.

It's never too early to start making music! Your little one is a natural-born music-maker, ready to start learning music at birth. Maybe you've noticed that your baby responds when you play a song in the car or sing to soothe them. Babies are naturally musical--and you don't have to be a great singer or dancer yourself to nurture their love of music.

YOU are your baby's first and BEST teacher. In this music class for infants, your teacher will show you how you can support your baby's music development through simple and fun activities. You'll learn lots of musical ways to connect with your little one through music!

Both days at 1pm - 2pm at Bonnie Knows Breast! You only need to register for one day.

We recommend your baby be 5-6 months old before attending the class as solid foods are not recommended until at least 6 months of age.

After this course, you’ll feel better prepared to:
-Recognize signs of developmental readiness
-Understand baby-led weaning VS. purees
-Get your questions answered about food allergies
-Choking hazards and food safety
-What to offer and how to serve it

Babies and partners are always welcome and encouraged to join in with the class.
The class fee is $65/family for up to 2 people.

Afterglow is a weekly circle of support for new parents.

You don’t need to be in crisis to come. You don’t need a question ready. You just need a place to land.

It’s a place to talk honestly about feeding, sleep, returning to work, identity shifts, and everything that comes with caring for a baby — without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out.

When you come to Afterglow, you’ll experience:
• A consistent, welcoming community
• Space to share or simply listen
• Practical support and gentle guidance
• The reminder that what you’re feeling is normal
