As temperatures rise this month, it’s important to take precautions, especially for older adults.

Seniors are more vulnerable to heat-related illnesses like hyperthermia, which can develop quickly in high heat and humidity. Learn how to recognize symptoms early and help prevent hot-weather health risks for yourself or a loved one.

✅ Stay hydrated with water or electrolyte drinks
✅ Wear breathable, light-colored clothing
✅ Limit drinks like caffeine and alcohol that can contribute to dehydration
