🌟 ERS Leaders Take the Stage at LeadingAge! 🌟

At last week’s LeadingAge Annual Meeting, our President & CEO Laura Lamb, Board Member Dora Anim, and Director of Clinical & Community Engagement Felicia Beckham, led a packed session on creating inclusive leadership in senior living.

Their presentation centered on ERS’ “We Can Do Better” initiative—a companywide commitment launched in 2020 to ensure that our leadership, culture, and decisions reflect the values of the communities we serve.

What began as a pledge to listen, learn, and grow together has become a powerful, ongoing effort to lead with understanding and empathy —values rooted in our Episcopal heritage.

We’re proud to see our leaders representing ERS on a national stage and inspiring others to lead with purpose and create organizations where everyone is welcome. 💜

🌼 Dudley Square Residents in Action!

Last month, the resident Landscape Committee took advantage of the last of the nice weather and planted native perennials like purple coneflowers and Shasta daisies by the gazebo. 🌿 They’re getting a head start on next season, keeping the community vibrant and residents engaged!
