Provider Spotlight! ReMind Health Group has several different medical providers and therapists that we would love to introduce to you! This is Jen Sherohman! Jen is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. She is an Indiana native and is licensed in both Indiana and Kentucky. Jen has been in the medical field since 2005. She has experience in many areas of healthcare including pediatrics, long term care, rehabilitation services, family care, and behavioral health.

One of Jen's biggest passions in life is helping individuals reach their fullest potential no matter what stage or season of life they are in! In order to do this, she takes a holistic approach with the care she delivers. Jen create a non-judgmental space for you to be heard. She does not provide car wash services, so she will always take the time to listen. Lastly, Jen will give you safe, quality information so that you can make the best decisions regarding your mental health care. She will always be one of your biggest cheerleaders! Provider Spotlight! ReMind Health Group has several different medical providers and therapists that we would love to introduce to you! Meet Katie Gogel, FNP! Katie is a Family Nurse Practitioner and has worked in healthcare since 2011. Her background includes a variety of inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care settings. She has taken care of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics, and all ages in-between. Katie is a graduate of Vincennes University in Indiana and Chamberlain University in Illinois. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Katie is an Indiana native, but is licensed to see patients in Indiana and Kentucky. She can see all ages for a variety of reasons within the specialty of Psychiatry. Katie is kind, caring, and compassionate. Her patients brag most about the fact that Katie takes the time to listen and to make them a part of the decision process of their treatment plan.
