Love my on clouds but not for walking miles and miles!! Had these Nikes around the same time I had a tear in my hip tried em out on the concrete they did wonderful no pain in my legs!!! The Nikes does provide lots of cushion for joints surprisingly 😂

Every pay attention to your vo2. It’s the amount of oxygen delivered to your muscles during exercise. I started exercising in 2022 it was 14. Now I’m at 19.2! It’s not great or even good but the fact it’s improving is so satisfying to me!

What do you use for your waxing needs? I have just tried Tressmess. Before I used Gigi that worked really well. But after I even studied Tress-mess i have found a good bit of hair to be left behind. So I maybe going back to Gigi.
