Yesterday’s Shadowdance class, led by Rebecca Sturgeon, was a magical experience. We were so engaged that we completely forgot to take pictures to share, so we did some post class “posing” fun. She will be offering this beautiful body of work at SOHL again, so stay tuned!

Last night, I hosted a Yoga Nidra meditation for some of the participants in the Plant-based Living & Cooking Exploration that a I am teaching. Three of them had never meditated before, and had a beautifully healing new experience. I’m deeply thankful to be a part of their journey.
