I know a lot of people have concerns or insecurities about getting a massage. Worried about your weight? My table is built to hold up to 500 lbs, no problem. Have rolls or cellulite? So do I, and guess what? Most people do. Got dry skin? I’ve got lotion for that. Didn’t shave? I’ll probably respond with, “same here,” because honestly, there’s a 90% chance I didn’t either. And if I did, I definitely missed a few spots and didn’t even bother with my knees 🤷🏻‍♀️ . Have trouble getting on and off the table? I’ve got a stool and I’ll lend a helping hand. The truth is, your size, shape, body hair, skin conditions, mobility issues, or anything else, do not make you any less worthy of self-care and they certainly don’t disqualify you from experiencing the relaxation and benefits of a massage. My room is a welcoming, judgment-free zone where you can fully relax, free from anxiety or insecurity. ❤️

Today I’m touching on one of my favorite modalities.
