We welcome the new year with grateful hearts for all that the past year has given us, including countless moments of service, incredible opportunities, and the privilege of caring for one another. The experiences of this past year have shaped us as we step confidently into 2026.

Our annual Family Holiday Meal was one for the books. 💙🎄

Residents, loved ones, and staff came together as one big family to enjoy traditional favorites—turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, apple pie, and more—plus plenty of good conversation and full bellies. 🥧✨

Huge thanks to our Dining Services team and everyone who helped make this celebration such a success. Moments like this are what the season is all about.

They delivered 100 poinsettias, Bingo prizes, and so many Christmas gifts for Residents! Rooms are brighter, hearts are fuller, and the season of giving is just getting started. 💙

Thirsty Thursday got a holiday update and turned into Holly Jolly Cocoa Chaos — and we regret nothing. 🎄☕️

We had flavored hot chocolate, whipped cream that defied gravity, cookies that vanished faster than Santa up a chimney, and enough Christmas music to make even the Grinch tap his foot.

10/10 would celebrate again. 💙

Warmth is arriving at our community—literally! Handmade items are coming in from across the country to ensure our residents have something special and cozy for Christmas. These beautiful donations pictured came all the way from Virginia and Iowa.

For the past five years, our incredible Activity Director has made it a mission to ensure every resident receives a handmade item for Christmas. He keeps a list of all residents admitted since the previous December to make sure no one is missed. Any extra items are shared with other nursing centers and shelters across the country to spread even more love.

Our community outreach program, Blanketed by an Angel —named in honor of a resident many years ago—has grown into its own page and continues to inspire kindness nationwide. Donations have come from as far as Alaska, Puerto Rico, and even England! Our Activity Director makes items as well, and many of our residents pitch in using a circular knitting machine when crocheting is difficult but they still want to contribute.

Thanks to this outpouring of generosity, our resident Christmas celebration is looking warmer and brighter every day! 🎄🧶💙
