Our experienced and professional team consists of providers who are Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. As the largest nephrology practice in the Kentucky and Southern Indiana regions, we have been serving the community since 1988. Our services include dialysis treatment, supervision, and management, diagnosis and management of acute rental failure, and treatment for chronic kidney disease. We are typically involved with 60 kidney transplants per year at the UK transplant Center. We work with your referring physician to provide you the best treatment and care possible. We are excited to celebrate Heather’s 5-year anniversary with NAK! Over the years, Heather has grown and evolved in her career, starting as a Medical Assistant, transitioning into an Administrative Float role, assisting in our Etown office, and now continuing to shine as an Administrative Float while also supporting our Value-Based Care Teams.

Heather’s versatility, dedication, and willingness to step in wherever she’s needed make her an invaluable part of our team. We are so grateful for her hard work, positive attitude, and commitment to our patients and colleagues.

After more than three decades of dedicated service, we are celebrating the retirement of Dr. Gleason and honoring an incredible career here at NAK. Since 1992, Dr. Gleason has provided exceptional care to our patients while being a trusted colleague, mentor, and friend to so many on our team.

His compassion, expertise, and unwavering commitment have made a lasting impact on our practice and the countless lives he has touched over the years. While he will be deeply missed, we are so grateful for the legacy he leaves behind.

As we wrap up 2025, we want to send a heartfelt thank you to our patients for trusting us with your care throughout the year. 💙 We are also incredibly grateful for our amazing team, whose dedication and compassion make everything we do possible. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you.
