Due to KY’s abortion ban with no exceptions, we are working everyday to restore abortion access, educate Kentuckians of the facts of abortion care and provide a platform for healthcare professionals to highlight the devastating harms to public health.

Despite bans and politicians making abortion care harder and less safe to access, the number of abortions has not decreased in Kentucky. Organizations are making sure people know they are not alone -and that they still have options:
Gas pump ads in WV & KY
A truck at the Iowa State Fair
Even a boat off Florida’s coast
Kentuckians deserve the truth. Share this message, talk to your neighbors, and help spread the word: options exist.

A Kentuckian's abortion story: Stacy, a mom of 3 and small business owner from rural KY, learned her pregnancy tested positive for trisomy 21. She chose abortion—but Kentucky’s ban forced her to travel out of state alone. Because of this, she was unable to receive the pain management she preferred. The cost hit hard, pushing her family to sell work equipment. Because of Kentucky’s abortion ban, Stacy endured unnecessary hardships that interfered with her ability to do what was best for her family. No one should have to go through what Stacy did. Share her story so more people understand the impact of Kentucky’s abortion ban.

Kentucky’s abortion ban didn’t stop abortions. It made them harder & more dangerous. Kentuckians still end pregnancies, but now they face longer travel, higher costs, and greater medical risks. Read:Gemma’s Story (KY)
Gemma, a college student in her 20s, learned she was pregnant despite taking Plan B. Balancing school, work, and fears of passing on family mental health struggles, she chose abortion. Kentucky’s laws forced her to travel our of state, working extra shifts to cover costs. Without access, she says she might have considered su***de. After care, she’s focused on graduating and her future career.

A new Tennessee law gives doctors the right to deny care based on personal beliefs. Now, an unmarried pregnant woman - that has been with her partner for 15 years and they have a 13 year old child - has been denied prenatal care. The real impact of so-called "conscience" laws.

Women and girls in Kentucky are NOT free and equal.
When reproductive rights are restricted, it doesn't just impact women — it affects families, communities, and society as a whole.
We need more men in the fight — speaking up, showing up, and standing beside us.
Work with us to build a future where everyone is free and equal.

In 2025, restrictive abortion laws made the unimaginable real: a dead Black woman was forced to carry a pregnancy — in a state where Black women were once bought, sold, and bred. This is not just a tragedy. It’s a warning.

Your rights. Your body. Your humanity. Keep fighting.
