Advocacy in Action

Last week, Jefferson Hospital was proud to stand alongside rural hospitals from across Georgia at GHA’s Rural Hospital Day at the Capitol. Our CEO, Wendy Martin, joined fellow leaders to advocate for policies that protect access to high-quality care close to home.

We’re grateful to Governor Brian Kemp and our legislative partners who took time to listen and support Georgia’s rural hospitals. These conversations matter, for our patients, our communities, and the future of rural healthcare.
