Meet Dr. Zach Sweatman! We are thrilled to have him be apart of the Core Pilates team!
I've been working with people just like you for more than 10 years, helping them overcome injury, reduce pain, and improve performance.
I offer a unique approach to healing and performance through deep tissue release techniques that help restore ease of movement. By addressing restricted tissues and faulty movement patterns, I help you unlock your body's natural ability to recover and move freely.
Furthermore, through group and online classes and simple self-care tools, I provide you with what you need to take healing into your own hands and get back to doing what you love for as long as you want to do it.
