LCA is open today and tomorrow only, with limited hours, BUT back in operation Monday, July 7th!!! We will soon have July hours up in the schedule. Thank you all for this kind community!!

finally decided our sidewalk was worthy of a makeover but alas it’s given to us on some busy days, we get what we get!!! Please use parking on Breckenridge and Christy, if difficulty walking, use our 909 Barret Ave parking lot in the back (access through the alley), hopefully our Airbnb folks at 911 barret finally get the hint on where not to park.. small business is a joy and a joy ride. I’d love to get the ear of our council member to feel out how he enjoys looking out for businesses on Barret Ave as we are small but worthy of potential and need to be looked after

June Events at LCA!

So much is happening this month, take a look and book!

- Group breath with Nicole, schedule with through her website.

- Community sound baths have been growing strong in numbers, check out this regular event. Schedule with through her website.

- Akua Joy facilitates a dream workshop, at first in the community room. Schedule via email: hardisonangela@gmail.com

- Sound bath and acupuncture combined! Both Margaret and Katie will join forces to attune and balance and restore, scheduling is through LCA, we ask that patients who are scheduling to arrive at 9:30 sharp.

- Lastly, Reiki attunements and certification. Schedule with through her website.

Regular hours are still holding steady at LCA, we ask that folks continue to schedule online. Mike and Margaret do have a planned summer vacation at the end of June with their kiddos.

Looking for a warm, welcoming space to bring your offerings to life? Our Community Room is the perfect setting for your next event — whether it’s a workshop, sound bath, healing circle, breathwork session, movement class, or anything else your heart envisions.

Available on weekends and select weekdays, this comfortable and versatile space can be adapted to suit your unique needs.

We believe in supporting community-centered work, which is why we offer flexible, customizable rental fees to honor and accommodate the nature of your offering.

✨ Our 250-300 sq ft room includes 7 comfy recliners and can easily be cleared or rearranged for yoga mats, floor seating, or other setups. It comfortably fits 12–15 yoga mats. Please note: yoga mats, cushions, additional chairs, or tables can be brought in by the rentee.

💌 We have our own parking lot for convenience and two rest rooms for use.

🌿 Looking for a Private setting instead? We have two private rooms available for rental and use as well for 1:1 sessions! Already set up with low lighting and sound machines

The Body Keeps the Score was a long time recommended book in our health field and still regarded as foundation yet as a patient brought up to me, it can be outdated and as another book suggested it doesn’t take a closer look or needs more depth on the female body, so I did some investigating!! We can further the discussion any time and maybe even a further book club?!
