East Louisville Speech Therapy, LLC is a speech therapy private practice, owned and operated by Amber DeVine-Stinson, MS, CCC-SLP. I, Amber DeVine-Stinson, MS, CCC-SLP am a speech-language pathologist licensed to practice in the state of Kentucky and hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. I am a provider for Kentucky Medicaid, EPSDT, Medicare, Tricare, and will bill private insurance carriers as an out-of-network provider. Private pay is also welcome. Services can provided in the home, daycare, private school settings, or locations in the community when necessary. Can you imagine being told that your child isn't allowed to learn in a certain classroom? Unfortunately, this is so common. It hurts the student who isn't allowed access to the classroom AND it hurts the students who don't have the opportunity to learn with and get to know disabled students.
