Hello Jarvis Family Medical family and friends, it is with a heavy heart that I have decided to close the practice for good as of tomorrow, 4/27/23. We’ve had a great run, but due to mental health issues I need to step away. If you are needing medical records sent to a new Primary Care Physician or just for your record, please contact the office and my staff will gather them for you. Please allow them up to 15 business days to get them ready for you. I will be doing Telehealths only up to 5/27, and then we will be officially closed. It’s been a pleasure taking care of you and building relationships with you all throughout these year, I love you and will miss you all. ❤️

A thread lift is a type of procedure wherein temporary sutures are used to produce a subtle but visible "lift" in the skin.
