The leadership within the nursing home has been retained so this means that the familiar faces you and your loved ones have come to know and trust will continue to be there, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of care.
Our team has worked closely with staff to maintain the standard of care and enhance the quality of life for all of the residents throughout the transition.
