CANCELLATION CHANGES!

Laura accepts cancellations with at least 24 hours notice at no charge.

But because of staffing limitations, Laura is now asking clients to contact her directly by phone in some cases when canceling an appointment. Please first call the salon at 502-339-0400 but if no one answers the salon telephone, then cancel directly with Laura at (502) 802-8623.

Laura's services are in increasingly high demand, and late cancellations are a hardship for both her and other clients waiting for appointment slots. For cancellations less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment and no-shows, the full cost of the missed appointment must be paid before further bookings.
