This gathering offers space to integrate what has been, and to listen for how you wish to walk the year ahead.
In this intimate circle, you will be guided through five elemental questions โ an inventory of the year written on water-soluble paper, then surrendered to the bowl to dissolve, transform, and return.
Like a burning ceremony, but softer โ a gentle unbinding.
Then we enter the sound โ a meditation in vibration and silence. Here, the mind loosens its grip and your word for the coming year rises like a stone through water.
You will write that word on a smooth white stone โ a talisman of remembering, a symbol of the self you are becoming.
This is not a resolution. Itโs a return. ๐ง
A distillation.
A seed.
