Step into the soothing embrace of our salt cave for Energy of Love, a deeply immersive group sound bath experience led by Rebecca Geracitano. Designed to align with the heart-centered energy of February, this session invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect—whether you come solo, with a partner, or with friends.

As you relax in zero-gravity chairs surrounded by pharmaceutical-grade Himalayan salt, Rebecca will guide you through a meditative sound journey using crystal singing bowls and other harmonic instruments. The gentle vibrations of sound work in harmony with the salt-infused air to support relaxation, stress relief, emotional balance, and a calm nervous system.
Halotherapy in the salt cave may also support respiratory wellness while creating a grounding, tranquil environment—making this a truly multi-sensory experience for mind and body.
