I am offering two Guided Meditation Sound Bath events at both the Louisville Salt Cave and the Crestwood Salt Room in April 2025.

About: Join Rebecca Geracitano for a deeply relaxing, 1- hour of sound, guided meditation and Himalayan salt. In this group sound bath meditation we will focus on finding that sense of oneness and peace within ourselves and extending that into the world. A healing meditation for mind, body and soul with the sound of crystal bowls, Vas steel drum, chimes and 30 minutes of healing halotherapy!
