Countryview Terrace CVT represents a 16-bed ICF-DD facility in SE-Central IL, nestled in the rural woodland of Clay Co, 25miles off I-57, 20-miles S of Effingham.

CVT focuses on HABILITATION, and offers structure with less restriction. 24hr care, programs, and respite stays.

With heartfelt gratitude, we announce that Countryview Terrace will be closing in the near future.

We are working closely with our residents, families, and guardians as we transition and find placement to ensure we find the perfect homes for our residents once they leave our facility.

We want to extend our deepest appreciation to our exceptional staff, community, and loyal supporters who've inspired us and helped us to be the best Group home that we can be.

Though this decision was difficult, we celebrate the resilience of our residents and staff, wishing them success in their future endeavors. There have been so many memories, and relationships made in our small, yet MIGHTY home. It will forever hold a special place in our hearts. ❤️

Kicking off the fall season with a visit to the Great Pumpkin Patch was highly enjoyable! We loved the variety of mums and pumpkins. We also got to see some cute farm animals, an old school house, and went through a corn maze 🌽 We each got to pick a pumpkin to take home to paint! 🎃🍁

After our exciting day, we decided to stop at Yoders for supper! 😋

This weekend we had 👻🍫🥛 and 🎃🍪 while we played bingo! Such a delightful treat while playing our favorite game!

My name is Gracie, I have been a CNA at CVT since last September and love it! I’m currently in college at FCC & plan to become a hospice nurse. I love our residents and enjoy going on outings & hearing about their day when they get home in the afternoons! On my days off I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

My name is Nicole and I have worked at CVT as a DSP/CNA/SSD for 2 years & 2 months. I started out as a DSP and then got my CNA license. I have been a CNA for a year & 10 months. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family & friends, as well as doing outdoor activities. I thoroughly enjoy working at CVT because of the residents & seeing their faces light up 🩺😃
