Did you know? The Kids Center’s Intensive Therapy Program provides focused, daily therapy to help children make meaningful progress in a short period of time. 💙

✨ Big milestone moment with Big Smiles! 💪🧡
This little one has been working so hard on prolonged prop sitting independently—and recently, he met his goal!

Through our intensive therapy model, we focus on building strength, balance, and confidence and seeing that hard work payoff is what it’s all about.

Because of the incredible support of the Legacy Foundation of Kentuckiana, this program has expanded over the past year—helping even more children reach milestones like this.

So proud of his determination and progress. On to the next goal! ✨

In a just a couple sessions Hannah helped us with strategies and alternatives to help him grow comfortable with the new foods and quickly he was gaining weight and eating happily."

Today is KY Gives Day, a 24-hour opportunity to make a real impact for children and families at the Kids Center.

This year, we are focused on expanding our interdisciplinary feeding program, where children work toward something many of us take for granted: the ability to eat safely, comfortably, and with confidence.

For some children, mealtime is not simple. It can be stressful, frustrating, and even unsafe. Feeding therapy helps change that by building the skills needed for nourishment, development, and independence.

Feeding therapy supports:
✅ Food safety
✅ Motor control for eating
✅ Family education and carryover at home

Every gift helps move a child, and their family, forward.
