Staff at Evans Monuments was helpful and easy to work with. They did not try to sell us more than what our budget allowed. We were sent mock-ups for the images to go on the headstones ordered, and these were revised 2 or 3 times according to our wishes. We have already determined that if we need any such services in the future, we will use Evans Monuments Cremation & Funeral Plans.

The sudden loss of a loved one is unbearable. When Don left us nobody knew exactly what to do. We had lots of questions and did not know where to turn to for help. The first crematorium that we contacted was rude and insensitive and left us on hold.

Hanging up and calling Ratterman was the best decision we could have made during this hard time. They took care of all of the unknowns for us. Their prompt and caring service gave us the peace-of-mind that our loved one was well taken care of and that our family meant something to them.
