The Cherokee Park Activity Team was recognized with appreciation through various gestures and treats throughout the week.

On Monday, a hot chocolate bar was set up, and each member received a 'hugs in a mug' gift.

Tuesday's reward consisted of spa baskets for relaxation after work.

Wednesday brought custom-made T-shirts by Brittany ADON, acknowledging the team's T-rific work.

Thursday's Super Bowl luncheon and floral arrangement underscored the value of their activities.

Friday, a photo of the team in a snack caddy aimed to create lasting memories.

The Halloween Fest, a collaborative effort by Cherokee Park Rehabilitation Facility, Douglass Community Center, and Louisville Metro Police Department 5th Division, drew in crowds of hundreds. Attendees enjoyed a wide array of activities at each location, including a food court, Fante’s Coffeehouse, pumpkin carving, face painting, trunk or treats, door prizes, and an engaging DJ.
