Heart Month hits a little differently over here ❤️🎙️ On my locally branded podcast, I’m so excited to share conversations about the Miss America Opportunity, Go Red for Women, and why heart health education truly saves lives. From advocating for women’s heart health, to sharing the mission behind my nonprofit, to breaking down why hands-only CPR matters (and how anyone can learn it), this podcast is all about using my voice for impact.

I’m also using this platform to shine a light on something incredibly close to my heart—my American Heart Association Teen of Impact Campaign ❤️ This initiative is about raising critical funds and awareness to fight heart disease and stroke, and I cannot do it alone. However you’re spending today, be sure to remember that it’s more likely to have a son play in the Super Bowl than to have a daughter compete at Miss America!!!👑 It’s one of those crazy fun facts that really puts into perspective just how rare and incredible both achievements are.

It’s WEAR RED DAY!!! ❤️❤️❤️ But this one is extra special and extra close to my heart!!!! I am beyond excited (and so incredibly honored) to officially announce that I am the Teen of Impact Nominee for the state of Kentucky! Today isn’t just about wearing red — it’s about standing up, speaking out, and taking action against heart disease, which impacts so many families and communities every single day.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be going red with purpose — raising awareness, sharing lifesaving information, and fundraising as much as possible to support the American Heart Association’s mission. My goal is BIG: $25,000 to help fund research, education, CPR training, and resources that truly save lives. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful education and community involvement can be, and I’m determined to use this platform to make a real, measurable impact.

And this is where YOU come in ❤️ I truly cannot do this alone. I need everyone — friends, family, teammates, classmates, teachers, and supporters near and far — to rally with me, share this mission, and donate if you’re able. Every single dollar counts, every share matters, and together we can change lives. WHAT, LIKE IT’S HARD?💓📚

I am beyond grateful and honored to share that I have been selected as one of just 1,800 students -out of over 10,000 applicants-to attend the Harvard Summer School Pre-College Law Program. This opportunity is truly a dream come true, and I am so humbled to be among such an incredible group of students from around the world. Being chosen for this program is an affirmation of years of hard work, dedication, and believing in what’s possible.

Going to Harvard has been a goal of mine for as long as I can remember. Ever since I was five years old, I dreamed of being like Elle Woods… confident, driven, and unapologetically ambitious. What once started as a childhood inspiration has grown into something much deeper: a reminder that dreams evolve, but the heart behind them always stays the same. This journey has shown me that when you stay true to your goals, trust the process, and keep moving forward, BIG THINGS HAPPEN!!!💓💓

The Harvard Pre-College Law Program offers an immersive academic experience, allowing students to explore college-level coursework, engage in meaningful discussions, and grow both intellectually and personally. I am so excited to learn, challenge myself, and take this next step in my academic journey. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way—this is just the beginning. 💓🎀🪽📚
