Trinity Health and Wellness is announcing the retirement of Angela Casolari APN, FNP-C. Today was her last day in the office. The pictures show our first picture as a small nurse practitioner owned clinic up to her last day. She has been an outstanding addition to our rural community in providing the best care! Angela Casolari started as a respiratory therapist evolving into the nursing field. She has brought so much knowledge and passion to our community in family medicine! Trinity Health and Wellness was first started with her partners Carrie Nussmeyer APN, FNP-C and Valerie Lybarger APN, FNP-BC in hopes to create a better aspect to healthcare, which they did! She helped create a place where people were heard and listened to. We acknowledge her dedication to the community and hope everyone can wish her a great retirement! As much as any provider would dislike leaving their loyal patients, she knows Trinity Health and Wellness will continue to provide the same care moving forward. Please give your amazing stories or acknowledgement to Angela and wish her and her family well in this new chapter in life. Angela, you will be missed by so many, and Trinity Health and Wellness & staff will miss you dearly!
