You are welcome to attend a Reiki Circle at Robert's Chiropractic, Sargent, NE, on Monday, the 22nd, at 7 pm. Our focus will be on the Root Chakra. Dress comfortably and bring a pillow or blanket if desired, or use one of the chairs available .
A free will offering is kindly accepted. This is an excellent opportunity for newcomers to experience Reiki. I look forward to seeing you there.

The Winter Session for my Yoga Alliance 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training begins Saturday January 3, 2026, and continues every other Saturday from 8:15 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.
Join in and learn yoga postures, techniques, creating your script to teach with, various styles of yoga, Ayurveda, Herbs, and Essential Oils.
