20/20 Eyecare Ohio
20/20 Eyecare was proudly established in the year 2020. It was founded by Dr Alex Gibberman and Dr David Williams who met shortly after optometry school while moonlighting at a retailer and have been friends ever since. In the midst of challenging times created by the COVID crisis, Alex and Dave decided it was time to form what they like to think of as a New Era practice. We deliver the highest standard of care while really focusing on the patient experience. We offer cutting edge ophthalmic technology and a full optical and contact lens service to meet your every need.
What does this mean? First and foremost, we want to be available for our patients. We recognize that not all problems happen Monday-Friday 9-5. We will have expanded hours on certain days and eventually will have availability on Saturdays. Additionally, we will have on call service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies. Have you ever called your doctor’s office and found it impossible to actually get them on the phone or call you back? We want to be accessible for you. We have invested in technology that allows you the patient to message us directly through your medical chart and have access to your medical chart from anywhere. Also we can utilize telemedicine after hours whenever possible.
Rightfully so, COVID has made us reevaluate in office protocols to ensure the absolute cleanest and safest atmosphere. We will have personal protective equipment available for doctors, staff, and patients when needed. We will also ensure full compliance with all new CDC standards for health care institutions. These are sure to evolve and we will continue to evolve with them. Have suggestions for us on how to be even better? Let us know!
