🌀This wraps up our 7 days of self care. Remember these things can be done any time any where. Maybe pick a few to do in one day or one week. Do what resonates with you and makes you happy.

🔴Root Chakra: The Foundation of Our Being
🌳 The Root Chakra, or Muladhara, is the energetic center that anchors us to the world. It’s the place where safety, stability, and belonging take root. When this chakra is balanced, we feel steady in our bodies, clear in our minds, and confident in our ability to move through life.
🌍 This chakra reminds us of the simple but powerful truth: We can only rise as high as we are grounded.
🌱We nurture the Root Chakra through the everyday things that bring us back to ourselves like mindful movement, deep breaths, time in nature, nourishing food, supportive community, and the courage to slow down.
🧘♂️ When we tend to this foundation, everything above it becomes more aligned. Our creativity flows more freely, our intuition sharpens, and our sense of purpose feels less like a search and more like a remembering.
🌀Grounding isn’t a task. It’s a return to the body, to the earth, and to the truth that we are held.

Welcome to your yoga shala. A place for all people, from all backgrounds and all levels of ability. For yogis looking to move and yogis looking to be still. From beginner poses to seasoned flows and every single stop in between. You are welcome in this place.
At Holistic Yoga School, we believe that Home is where your Om is. At each of our classes and courses, we devote special attention to creating comfortable environments for students to release from the distractions of day-to-day life and dive into practice and study.
Our teaching style draws from various traditions and ancient wisdoms, delivered with contemporary style and translation. Focus is on the practice of yoga as an instrument to reveal a greater sense of healthy awareness, harmony and serenity.
A holistic approach to life offers a well-rounded and authentic program. Students learn self-healing techniques and find depth in their practice through these sequences. Spinal integrity and alignment are emphasized.
