At Holistic Yoga School, we believe that Home is where your Om is. At each of our classes and courses, we devote special attention to creating comfortable environments for students to release from the distractions of day-to-day life and dive into practice and study.
Our teaching style draws from various traditions and ancient wisdoms, delivered with contemporary style and translation. Focus is on the practice of yoga as an instrument to reveal a greater sense of healthy awareness, harmony and serenity.
A holistic approach to life offers a well-rounded and authentic program. Students learn self-healing techniques and find depth in their practice through these sequences. Spinal integrity and alignment are emphasized.
We hope to share space with you in a yoga class, workshop or training sometime soon!
