Healing takes time, love, space and empathy.

If you haven’t experienced the situation someone is going through it’s important to be curious rather than judgmental.

Life can humble as all quickly, remember just because you haven’t experienced or understand the emotional pain or situation doesn’t make it less valid or real.

We all need to show more grace, empathy and compassion for this grieving and struggling world.

If you are struggling to find your emotional safety- I would be happy and honored to hold space for you as you heal.
