Looking for a little festive fun this weekend? I’ve got you covered! Join me and the for our holiday show THIS SATURDAY!!

University of Northern Colorado Commons Theater

We have been working hard for months on preparing original choreography in all styles of dance from ballet to hip hop and even belly dance. Get ready for a fabulous deluge of festive cheer and all things Halloween to Yule Tide 👻🎃🎄🎅✨

There will hot chocolate and treats, a costume contest for audience members (with prizes!), and a silent auction- including a basket with a gift card to Healing Hive 🐝♥️

I’ve been reflecting on our first Breathwork and Reiki session since this weekend. It was the most beautiful experience and we had the perfect group full of welcoming and open energy. The space was electric with it before we even started our journey ✨ Thank you to all who participated and made it so magical!

It was an honor to tap into to the inspiring, deep, and healing well that this group created. There was so much trust and openness between the participants and I think there was a lot of powerful healing that was able to happen for everyone!

It was an honor and a joy to work so closely with and y’all better get ready for all of the amazing things we are going to keep coming your way!

Aubrie also got the best picture of us from the night so I had to steal it 😂

We are thankful to Kate and for the use of the space and excellent vibes. Plus she’s amazing and you should totally check out the wide array of classes and workshops she has available as well!

Overall, I would say our first session was a total success! There will be more, so if you missed this one (or made it and loved it!) stay tuned for announcements of future dates! 💛

POV: You’re a woman entrepreneur, running a heart led business. How hard could it be?

The answer is really hard 😂 but worth every headache, heartbreak, and extra hour. I’m building my dream here and I’m doing it differently than the boys. I’m a heart led entrepreneur and that means I go with the flow and listen to my intuition, even when those two things sometimes end up in conflict with each other. I’m learning to prioritize my mental health and hold health boundaries, and that means I can show up more authentically and deeply support my clients 💕

Yes, it’s freaking difficult and no, I can’t ever think of giving it up!
