We all know that exercise is beneficial at any age, but did you know that exercise provides additional oxygen to your eyes? It does. We learned this in addition to the fact that lack of exercise is the 5th leading cause of heart disease. Exercise is a free antianxiety "drug". It strengthens our bones, increases our energy, and improves digestion along with a host of other benefits.
