Your plan of care will be shared with your other healthcare providers and therapists to help coordinate a team approach that will provide you with the best possible outcome. The board certified providers at PPTI are expertly trained to treat a wide variety of painful conditions affecting the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system. We treat many different disorders of the neck, mid back, and low back, including disc herniation, compressed nerves, and arthritis of the facet joints and sacroiliac joints. We offer cutting edge treatment options for arthritis and other conditions affecting the joints of the arms and legs. Common problems involving the nervous system that are commonly treated in our practice include Diabetic peripheral neuropathy, complex regional pain syndrome, pain following shingles, and chronic nerve damage from injuries. Our providers also have innovative treatment plans for patients that continue to suffer from pain following surgery, including neck and back surgery and total joint replacements.

Staff Spotlight – Zoe, Medical Assistant

Zoe joined Premier Pain in April of 2023 and will be celebrating her three-year anniversary with us in a couple of months! Prior to joining PPTI, she worked as a cook at the Old Y Restaurant. Her favorite thing about working at Premier Pain is getting to work with the same patients each month, building great relationships with them as she gets to know them all.

When not at work, Zoe loves to crochet and do any sort of crafting that she can get her hands on. She also has two adorable cats and a whopping 35 plants!

Thanks for three awesome years of dedication to Premier Pain, Zoe!

Staff Spotlight – Blair, Medical Assistant

Blair joined Premier Pain earlier this month after working at DOCS Dermatology for two years. Among her many focuses are her love of the environment, crafting, and spending any time that she can outdoors. She’s also “big on family time” and love spending time with her two nieces and her cat, Chiquita.

Blair works full-time in our Loveland office with Lindsay Link, PA-C. Make sure to say hi the next time you’re in the office!

You'll find a great team of CRNAs in our operating rooms at Premier Surgical Institute, including Angela, Kim, Sarena, and Michael. Going into surgery can cause stress for any patient, but our highly trained team of professionals expertly guide each patient through the process with compassion and reassurance. CRNAs continuously keep our patients safe and comfortable throughout the entire process.

"Everyone there is nice and treats you the same way they would want to be treated. I have been with Dr. Danko since he started. He is a great doctor. But I need to do a BIG shout out to April and Sarah! Today they helped me with getting a medicine sent out and worked on a prior authorization for me. It has already been approved. Staff Spotlight - Tammy, Medical Assistant

Tammy joined Premier Pain in August of 2024. Before joining PPTI, she worked at Mercy Family Practice in Oklahoma City, Ok. Tammy says that she’s learned a lot since joining our Middletown office.

Her favorite thing about working at PPTI is her co-workers, as well as working with our great patients and helping them to live with less pain. While not working, Tammy spends her free time with her dog, going on walks and taking her to get a pup cup.
