What’s your attention focused on? When working through/rehabbing an injury it’s easy to focus on the pain. Remember to bring focus to all the other things that are going well in your body. Draw attention to the things you are learning or the progress you are making, no matter how small. Focusing on the positives doesn’t mean you are denying there is pain or dysfunction but it’s choosing to bring attention to the things you want rather than the things you don’t want.
