Last Saturday we hosted our Annual Easter Egg Hunt, and it was a hit! The air was cold, but the sun was out and the wind was minimal. The nice weather brought many community families out to play.

In addition to our 7,000 eggs, we had a craft show, baby goats from Gilliam's Greenish Acres, face painting, refreshments, prizes and The Easter Bunny. We can't wait until next year.

Last night we were treated to an episode of "The Price is Right", live with members of the Cozaddale Baptist Temple! Residents, families and friends competed for prizes and even showcases. Pastor Burke was our host, and Matthew was the announcer. "Burke's Beauties" and members of the youth congregation were the presenters.
We told our residents to come dressed to get noticed, and they came to play!

Everyone had a fabulous time, and we cannot express how thankful we are for all the church has done for us.

One resident told Katie, our Executive Director, that it would be fun to throw snowballs at her. Well, this idea quickly turned into a fundraiser! Residents and staff stepped up to donate money to the Alzheimer's Association and in return received snowballs.
Katie dressed for the challenge and raised a little over 50.

Magnolia Springs Loveland served 350 residents and families during our 2025 Christmas dinner. Chef Eric's menu included Carved New York strip loin, glazed ham, dauphinoise potatoes, mixed vegetables, haricot vert green beans, shrimp cocktail, brownie bites and macaroons. Everything was delicious. Thanks to everyone for joining us!

The kind folks at ScoopAble ice cream sent us eight ice cream Advent calendars. Each box contained a sample of 25 different flavors, with hints to help name them. Our AL residents tried each flavor and wrote their answers.

After the 25 samples, Belinda won with 16 correct answers. Donna came in second with 13. Next week, we plan to use the remaining 5 boxes for our Memory Way neighborhood. Everyone loves ice cream!
