This is a post to say Happy 15th Anniversary to Thank You Mama, the nest that nurtured me and allowed me to fly. And to say Thank YOU to the beautiful mama behind it all, Jennifer Carey-Prescott, for inviting me in when I was 6 months pregnant. (I’m 5 days out from having our oldest, Aspen, in this first picture). 🙏

Jennifer, it is because of you that I was supported enough to breastfeed Aspen for 5 years. It is because of you that I now have helped hundreds of women from teens to elders. It is because of your foundation that I have learned to speak my truth, that I am brave enough to walk my own path. I have deepened my herbal studies, learned to work with plant medicine and am coming into a space where I am truly finding that heart womb connection you so quietly instill in all of us.✨

Remember this TYM team building ropes course we did?! You were and are such a great leader with your stealthy support and guidance. I feel beyond grateful to you and always have.

We are incredibly grateful to have found this diaper company and want to do everything in our power to spread the word! Hiro is a new diaper company that is designed to breakdown in the landfills.
