This month in Play with Your Edge, we’re exploring Scorpion Forearm Stand + One-Legged Wheel, not as shapes to achieve, but as relationships to build.

Backbends and inversions can feel expansive… and sometimes vulnerable.

They ask your body to open, support, and organize in new ways. They require shoulder stability, spinal integrity, and a nervous system that can stay steady as sensation increases.

That’s where the real practice is.

In this workshop, we approach these postures with intention:

- Opening the shoulders, chest, and hip flexors
- Strengthening the back body and posterior chain
- Supporting spinal extension with awareness
- Exploring wall work, props, and progressive variations
- Building confidence in both backbending and inversion pathways

Because depth isn’t something you force, it’s something your body allows when it feels supported.

You don’t need to already be in these shapes.
You just need curiosity, patience, and a willingness to explore.

In this month’s Healing Currents with Mandie ( ), we’ll explore the body’s breath-related fascial lines through a blend of myofascial release and gently supported yoga postures.

Using therapy balls, gravity, and stillness, we’ll unwind areas that commonly limit breath (chest, diaphragm, ribs, spine, jaw, and hips) inviting greater ease and fluidity into each inhale and exhale.

Each release will be followed by slow, intentional movement and rest, allowing the body to integrate new space and awareness. You’ll be guided through simple, accessible breath practices to help reconnect with a more natural, effortless rhythm.

This is not about forcing a deeper breath. It’s about removing what’s in the way.

Meet Kat Dill 💛 Club 108 Member

Kat’s journey into yoga didn’t start with ease—it started with hesitation. Injuries and feeling out of place once made yoga seem out of reach. But stepping into Nichole’s Foundations class changed that. What she found wasn’t pressure or perfection, but a room full of people meeting themselves exactly where they were. That sense of belonging made all the difference.

Since then, Kat has reclaimed her relationship with movement in a powerful way. Yoga has become more than physical practice—it’s a source of mental grounding, emotional release, and deep soul nourishment. Foundations has become her steady anchor twice a week, while Celia’s Sacred Rage offers an unexpected and empowering edge to her practice.

Kat describes resilience as the ability to shift toward what matters most—a perspective shaped by a life rich with experience. And it shows. Whether she’s chasing her grandkids, tending her garden, biking, pet sitting, or running her marketing business, yoga supports the life she loves.

She calls Loveland home, but continues to show up at Resilient Soul for something deeper: connection. The teachers, the friendships, the feeling of community—and yes, even the plants—keep her coming back.

There’s something special about gathering under the open sky… 🌕🌿

This month, our Full Moon Circle will be held outdoors at Mehaffey Park (following our community picnic) giving us the opportunity to connect not just with each other, but with the earth and the energy of the Flower Moon in real time.

Guided by Alyssa (.s ) and Chyna ( ), we’ll gather in community for an evening of connection, intention setting, and presence with our authentic selves.

✨ Bring your journal + something to write with
✨ Bring an item for the altar (you’ll take it home after)
✨ Stay after the picnic or join us just for the circle
