After the slower, inward rhythm of winter, Spring naturally encourages us to release what feels heavy and make space for what wants to grow.

A simple journaling ritual can help mark that transition.

This journaling can take 2 minutes or 1 hour - depending on what you would like.

Start with a few slow breaths.

Reflect on what you are ready to move away from.

Write about what you want to nurture in the season ahead.

Then, let the act of tearing and burying symbolize release, while the placing of what you intent to grow remind you of what you are choosing to cultivate.

Small rituals like this help us stay connected to the cycles of nature and our own inner rhythms.

If you enjoy marking seasonal transitions with intention and community, gatherings like our Spring Equinox Ceremony with and offer further ways to honor this moment of renewal.

Welcome Spring. 🌱

🥁 Drum Circle: Rhythmic Release

Sometimes the body doesn’t need more thinking - it needs rhythm, breath, and space to move what’s been held.

In this community drum circle, we gather in a supportive space to arrive, connect, and let go. Through grounding, breath, and shared rhythm, we’ll explore how sound and vibration can help the body release tension and reconnect to a natural sense of flow.

We’ll begin with a short grounding practice before gradually building rhythm together. You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels right: playing, listening, sitting, standing, or moving with the music.

There is no right or wrong way to join.
Just come as you are.

🥁 Some instruments will be available, or bring one if you have it.
🌿 All ages welcome
✨ No experience needed

Come feel the rhythm of community.

Can't make it to the studio?

You can still create a small pocket of calm at home.

Try holding each of these yin shapes for 2–5 minutes, letting gravity do the work while you breathe slowly and soften into the posture.

Yin practice invites the body to release deeply held tension in the connective tissues while giving the nervous system time to settle.

Even a few minutes of slow, supported movement can help restore balance on days when the outside world feels a little chaotic.

Save this for your next at-home practice.

Healing Currents is back!

This month’s journey returns to one of the places we hold the most - the hips and pelvis.

The hips are a crossroads where strength, stability, and deep emotional memory meet. Long hours of sitting, repetitive movement, stress, and old injuries can create layers of tension that affect the low back, sacrum, and overall sense of ease in the body.

In this month’s Healing Currents: A Journey Through Energetic Anatomy with (), we’ll work slowly and intentionally to soften and release these deeply held patterns.

✨ What to expect:
• Gentle yoga postures + long, supported holds
• Targeted myofascial release for hip flexors, glutes, adductors, and deep rotators
• Use of props (therapy balls, blankets, blocks) to hydrate and restore fascia
• Breath awareness and subtle movement to calm the nervous system

As tension releases, many experience:
• Improved mobility and fluidity
• Relief in the low back or sacroiliac area
• A deeper sense of grounding and stability

This is a slow, spacious, deeply nourishing practice designed to help your body change safely and sustainably.

Come release what you’ve been carrying.
Come home to steadiness, support, and ease.

This month in Play with Your Edge, we’re exploring Mermaid - not as a deep shape to achieve, but as a conversation with the body.

Mermaid asks for openness in the hips, length through the front body, and spacious strength through the spine and shoulders. But depth isn’t the goal.

Awareness is.

In this workshop, we slow things down, prepare the tissues intelligently, and offer supportive options so your body can open safely and sustainably.

You don’t need to “get” the bind.
You need time, support, and a nervous system that feels safe enough to explore.

Come play with your edge — where effort meets ease, and progress is measured in connection, not depth.

🌸 Spring Equinox Ceremony 🌸Sunday, March 22 | 2–5 PM
with Lindsay + Marisol

The Spring Equinox marks a sacred turning point in the wheel of the year - a moment of balance between light and dark, and the threshold into a season of growth, emergence, and renewal.

You are invited to gather in ceremony to honor this seasonal crossing through cacao, breath, ritual, and connection with the natural elements. As the earth awakens from winter’s stillness, this is a potent time to release what has been held, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and plant intentional seeds for the months ahead.

This ceremonial experience will include:
• Cacao Ceremony to gently open the heart and deepen presence
• Guided Breathwork to move stagnant energy and invite clarity
• Seasonal Ritual and Intention Setting aligned with the energy of spring
• Elemental Connection Practices honoring earth, air, fire, and water
• Meditation and Integration to ground and embody what is emerging

This is a space for reflection, renewal, and remembrance of your connection to the cycles of nature.
Spring is a season of becoming. Just as the earth softens and new life begins to rise, this ceremony creates space to listen inward, reconnect with yourself, and consciously step into what is ready to grow within you.

We would be honored to welcome you into this sacred gathering.

Move deeper. Feel more. Reconnect.

Buti DEEP with Marissa ()
Saturday, March 21 | 5:30 PM

Using focused micro-movements, breath, and intentional self-touch, DEEP works beneath surface strength to restore deep core function and muscle activation.

Rather than moving slowly to relax, the practice goes deeper, targeting areas that are often under-recruited or disconnected. This approach supports injury prevention and long-term core stability through precise movement, pressure-point work, self-massage, and supported postures.

What makes DEEP unique is its emphasis on brain-body integration. Through cross-crawl patterns, tactile feedback, vibration, sound frequency, and breath-synchronized movement, DEEP helps integrate the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

The movements are intuitively synchronized with music that stimulates both sensory and emotional pathways.

DEEP is an ideal practice for those navigating burnout, stress, postpartum recovery, chronic discomfort, or simply seeking a deeper reconnection with their body.

NEW on the schedule: Resilient Slow Flow
Wednesdays at Noon with Lindsay H. ()

Let’s slow things down on purpose.

This class is a gently-paced flow that links breath with intentional movement and unhurried transitions. Holding poses a little longer helps build strength and stamina while supporting cardiovascular health and nervous system regulation.

In a world that moves fast, Slow Flow becomes a space to pause, feel, and reconnect - one breath at a time.

Lindsay (E-RYT-200, YACEP) is a Northern Colorado–based yoga teacher and Somatic Practitioner who specializes in nervous system regulation and the mind-body connection. Her trauma-aware teaching blends traditional yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, sound healing, and earth-based wisdom to create a safe, supportive space for authentic self-exploration.

If you’ve been craving a steadier pace, deeper awareness, and a class that meets you where you are, this is for you.

Most of us try to fix our energy with more effort.

More coffee. More pushing. More staying up late to “catch up.”

But what if the issue isn’t motivation…
What if you’re working against your natural rhythm?

Ayurveda teaches that your energy changes throughout the day and when you align your movement, meals, focus, and rest with those cycles, your body doesn’t have to fight so hard.

Small shifts like:
• Moving earlier in the morning
• Eating your largest meal midday
• Slowing your nervous system in the evening

can create more clarity, steadiness, and ease.

This is the foundation of our upcoming workshop, Rhythms of Healing, where we’ll explore the Ayurvedic clock, the 20 Gunas (qualities of nature), and simple ways to live and practice in alignment with your unique nature.

Because balance isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what supports you.
