One final hoorah for the Christmas trees before they're stored, Deerfield went deer hunting today with total excitement! Everyone got caught up in the frenzy, even the Amazon delivery guy took a turn! The building shook with hilarious laughter!

The Luckes' 75th wedding anniversary marks an exceptional milestone; the family organized a festive celebration for loved ones, friends, and residents. The celebration included a vow renewal, hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, cake, a barbershop quartet, and the bride’s original wedding gown. Sincere congratulations are offered to this extraordinary couple.

Marion and Teresa Lucke have certainly been lucky in love; they’re celebrating their 75th wedding anniversary this month! Marion Lucke is 94, and Teresa is 94 as well. She will be 95 on January 12, and he will be 95 in June. They have lived here at Traditions of Deerfield since August 2023. Congratulations! Happy anniversary!
