Happy birthday to me! 41st birthday, that is. It is my special day with Mom & Dad, the day I joined this earthly world, though not officially until almost midnight tonight. I do love January 28th. If you haven’t tried Qigong, it is an amazing tool for your self-care toolbox! If your energy is low, you have been overwhelmed or around toxic energy, even 10 minutes of this Eastern therapy can completely rejuvenate and cleanse your aura. It is like yoga, breathwork and meditation combined. I use this to prepare to see energy healing clients. I highly recommend this practitioner, Kseny, and her YouTube channel.
