Grace Yoga Grace Yoga is an intimate yoga studio. All people are treated as individuals, and will feel welcome and comfortable. Come try these fun yoga classes.

Grace Yoga offers classes that are fun and challenging. It doesn't matter if you need yoga for beginners in Loveland, Colorado and have never taken a class; or have been practicing yoga for years all over the world. Classes are taught using the Iyengar Method. To the new student, that means the poses are explained in depth, and we hold the poses longer. If beginners have problems with any poses, the pose can be modified with props or changed completely. ​​

Many of you already know about Pat's husband crossing the rainbow bridge three weeks ago.

Matthew died peacefully at home unexpectedly while Pat was en route to Peru. She cancelled her trip and came straight home and has been processing her loss.
