About last week......

As some of you may know I have been in a 2yr submersive leadership training.

And with that I have had the pleasure of meeting coaches, trainers, leaders all over the world that are committed to their vision, their love, their joy and sharing it with the World.

In this journey I have realized that one of the leadership trainings I value the most is that leaders raise other leaders.

One of the ways I can lead with generosity is celebrating others and sharing their messages.

Over the next two months you will see me offering over 2 dozen leaders (me included) sharing part of their hearts work with the World.

This week I will start by sharing 2 of these leaders.

Each leader gets to create what is called a Thesis, for we are in PhD of leadership, so a thesis is only right!

The thesis looks like teaching a masterclass on a skill each leader has embodied during the training and they get to teach you how to embody it as well.

Here are the two that are sharing their gift this week if you would love to learn, grow, and expand into their knowledge and BREAK THROUGH into a new upgraded version of self.

First up is Sue, Sue Johnson has learned the art, heart, and transformation of connection. By embodying connection she has done a 360 in her families life, reaching all the way down to her grandchildren changing the lives for lineages. What I learned from speaking at my dad's funeral...

Here I am, in front of a crowded room when It dawned on me, that I've always been a daddy's girl.

From day one.

He said when I was an infant, I was the only one who realized he had shaved his beard because I started rubbing his chin where the beard once was.

I'm sure it was in that moment that he became my Hero.

Or... let's be honest, where my love for beards came from.

🙋🏽‍♀️

I was never the girly girl

I was the girl who would ask him to throw a football or a baseball, or kick a soccer ball in the backyard with me.

He would teach me how Mow the lawn, How to fish, Camp, Ride dirt bikes, Stick my hand in a container of worms 🪱.

🤮

He taught me how to lay brick, clean up a construction site.

How to spot a house with good bones versus s a crappy built home.

I realized up on stage this weekend talking at his funeral

I'm a lot more like than I ever realized

And i'm really grateful for that.

❤️

And trust me, LOL, I learned a lot about how not to be for my dad as well.

Because I think both come with any person who impacts you, the good and the hard.

He also taught me what grudges look like and the heartache of unhealed pain.

The last Gift he gave me was support from people all around the world.

All the way down to the coroner who saw me driving at 1am in the morning after him taking my dad's body to the mortuary, this random man, the coroner, pulled me over on the side of the road just to give me a hug.

I knew that was my dad showing me that I wasn't alone and then he was always there with me. And then, in his own way, giving me a hug from this complete stranger.

Thank you dad. I will forever love you and appreciate the man that you were and showed me, and for loving me in the way that you knew how.

And may we all be as blessed.
