I remember telling my healer that I was choosing celibacy for a year.
She strongly suggested I do not do it- because it was gonna be a lot.
I of course chose to do it anyways.
Because my spirit guides were telling me to.
My spiritual CEO team, we're showing me that this was going to teach me stamin and staying power.
Well, it's easy to say it hasn't been easy.
Recently I chose to evict my tenant..
For the reasons you would normally have to evict somebody as a landlord.
But what I didn't realize was that when they moved out was that I actually had grown really strong feelings for that person.
I also knew that this person even though it was not romantic, was more than just somebody I had a crush on
They represented 90% of ALL my relationships in the past. To a tee.
I didn't fully grasp this until after he left.
And when he left, I spent the next 24hrs sobbing.
I was crying over him- yes- but more so I was crying because that habit of me no longer serves and it was the end of an era.
Have you ever felt that way.
That the way you're going no longer serves the future that you are creating.
And as much as you want or love that past version of yourself, it just no longer works.
In this 24hr cry fest- I got deeply connected to my higher and lower self.
My higher self is who evicted him.
My lower self is who wanted to love him.
And the frequency between the two- my higher and lower self... Well the gap was quite startling.
This weekend was a rite of passage- an initiation- to deeply love and see my lower self and what she really needed to heal and understand.
So that all of me can rise to be in the fullest potential.
