So… what is OT?

We get this question every day! Occupational therapy works on building up participation in your daily activities!

How do we do that?! Play! Kids learn through play and are more engaged when they are having fun! So if you peek in a session and see us building obstacles courses or finger painting, just know that there is a lot of science and reasoning behind it!
