We’re pleased to share that the 2025 Big Horn County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is now available.

This year’s assessment was completed in close collaboration with our partners at Three Rivers Health , along with meaningful input from residents across Big Horn County. The CHNA helps us understand the most important health needs in our rural communities so we can continue improving access to compassionate, expert care close to home.
