Foundations Center We offer full service Outpatient DUI Program, PAIP, and Anger Management Classes. We speak Spanish. We're a Licensed. Bonded. Insured.

Foundations Center also provides license reinstatements and classes to the Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin areas. We offer flexible schedules, a relaxed atmosphere, and competitive prices. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service in the least restrictive manner. We respect each person and work to accommodate their individual needs.

Office Hours are as follows:
Sundays: Closed
Mondays: Closed
Tuesdays: 12pm-7pm
Wednesdays: Differ each week, please call
Thursdays: 9am-7pm
Fridays: 12-3:30 pm
Saturdays: 9am-1:30 pm

Often I am in the office early, however, this is NOT guaranteed. If you want to try to stop by outside these hours I highly recommend calling first to see if anyone is at the office.
