LYFE Nutrition

LYFE Nutrition Life Transformation requires two things,
The HOW to and the WANT to...
The "How to" is information. The "Want to" is a battle of the mind!

Hi, I’m Krystal Bolduc, Integrative Health Practitioner, Food Therapist, and founder of LYFE Nutrition (Living Your Full Experience). For decades, my own body carried the weight of autoimmune disease, PCOS, Hashimoto’s, and lupus. I know what it feels like to live in the constant battle of fatigue, inflammation, and food/ diet/ body obsession. But I also know what it feels like to be free. By choosing to heal through whole food, detoxification, and deep soul work, I released over 100 pounds of weight and inflammation, reversed my conditions, and stepped into a life of vitality, strength, and joy. Now, my mission is to help women do the same. At LYFE Nutrition, I teach you how to end the war with food and body once and for all. Together, we uncover the root causes of weight gain, fatigue, hormone imbalance, and digestive distress not just so you can feel better for a season, but so you can thrive for life. My approach weaves together the three pillars of LYFE Nutrition:

Nutrition: Eating real, whole food that supports energy, longevity, and healing. Detoxification: Releasing toxins and restoring balance at the cellular level. Spiritual Alignment: Renewing the mind, breaking free from diet culture, and reclaiming your God-given identity. I believe healing isn’t just about losing weight or fixing symptoms it’s about reclaiming your power, your peace, and your purpose. I am honored to walk beside you as you discover that freedom is possible, and that your body was created to heal. This is your invitation to step out of survival and into LYFE.

Psssttt... Reminder...
We are not waiting for Monday, we are not waiting until January. We are starting NOW with simply the NEXT choice. Preparing, respecting, restoring, leveling higher, building momentum NOW.
SO THAT, there is NO MORE "starting over" but simply expanding from the foundation you have ALREADY built through consistent practice. We are NOT team "stick to the diet"... we are team "honor this body, for it is our health that allows us to experience all the joy and beauty that life has to offer." Xx, Krystal

A client sat across from me a few weeks ago and said, “Before the party even started, I woke up and couldn’t stand my reflection. It felt like my whole holiday was ruined before it even started.”
She wasn’t talking about weight. She was talking about the shame spiral so many women know. The checking, the changing outfits 3 times, the quiet panic that comes from feeling at war with your own body.

I told her what I wish someone had told me decades ago:
“You don’t have to love your body today. You just have to stop waging war on it.”

So she is practicing something different.
Instead of fixing, she’s pausing.
Instead of spiraling, she’s breathing.
Instead of attacking herself, she’s asking, “How can I respect my body IN THIS moment?”
Her life didn’t magically shift in that one moment… but her relationship with herself is in the process. Inch by inch, softness replacing self-surveillance.

When we name the cycle we keep getting pulled into: body checking.
Looking in every mirror. Pinching. Adjusting. Comparing. Zooming in on photos.
Each check increasing the anxiety, and each wave of anxiety pulling us back to check again.
A loop. A trap. A nervous system living on edge.

When she finally realized that body checking wasn’t “awareness”,” but it was policing and being the voice of an enemy that wants nothing more than to steal her peace and her empowerment.
Naming the cycle gives you power.
And interrupting it, everytime it speaks, quiets the war just a little.
(This is the “work” of ending our “Body at War”)

It’s Holiday season ladies, stay aware. We no longer allow the wage for war.

We’ve been told for decades that weight and metabolic health come down to a simple equation.
Eat less. Move more.
Calories in, calories out.
Easy peasy! And IF IT DOESN’T work, “then you’re broken or you’re lying.” (Former trainer of mine)

If that were true, don’t you think we would have solved this overweight epidemic by now?

What we missed is that food is NOT just fuel!
It’s information.
Every bite speaks.
The timing of your meals influences your circadian rhythm.
The frequency of eating sets an entirely different internal hormonal environment.
Your body isn’t counting calories it’s counting;
Chemical signals
Inflammatory impact
Metabolic demand

So yes, the TRACK, measure, TRACK- “eat less, move more” model sells AND IT may work!
Until it doesn’t anymore.
Over time this strategy tanks your metabolism, forces your body into chronic stress, and traps you in a lifetime cycle of dieting down on the same broken formula.

The real shift happens when you teach your body how to burn fat rather than simply lose mass.
When you become metabolically flexible (able to switch between fuel sources with ease) your entire system begins to work for you, not against you.

If you’re exhausted from repackaged programs and ready to retrain your metabolism back into true flexibility, this is your invitation.

Your body can heal.
Your metabolism can recover.
You just need a different map.
One that heals, not that just a dresses the symptoms.

Everytime I’m in a season of feeling unmotivated, I do a bit of an evaluation. (Hello fall and being dark at 4pm 🫠) Feeling unmotivated isn’t always a mindset issue, many times it’s your body is sending us signals.
Low vitamin D, poor nutrition, stress, and constant phone stimulation (scattered energy) can all drain our drive.

Do an evaluation of your lifestyle. Start to slowly habit stack and see how your seal for life aka: motivation improve 💫

Because normal isn’t the same as optimal.
15 years ago I spend thousands, THOUSANDS $$ to try and figure out what was wrong with me. Everytime all I was given was of “everything is normal” from my Drs. This left me hopeless, it left me thinking I was crazy, and also, doomed to just accept “This is my new normal?!”
Everything in me knew there was more to the story.

Our symptoms paired with labs tell us a story. But most doctors only read the headlines. When we look through an Integrative Health lens, we don’t just check if you’re “in range.” We search for what your body’s been whispering all along… the subtle signs of imbalance, depletion, and overload that conventional medicine often overlooks.

You deserve more than “everything looks fine.”
You deserve answers and a plan that supports the healing power that your body has built in.
Conventional medicine looks for disease.
Integrative medicine looks for imbalance.

When you get your labs looked at through an IHP lens, you can finally see the full story that your body’s been trying to tell you through symptoms all along. Remember, you are not broken… you are just not in alignment with your bodies needs. 💛

The most damaging advice I have ever heard in the health industry as a Holistic Nutritionist...

“Just eat less and move more.”
aka calories in vs. calories out.

Counting calories may teach people about the basics of math…
but it doesn’t teach them how to nourish their bodies and eat for longevity.

This phrase has been preached as the golden rule for weight loss and health, but let’s be honest...

It’s oversimplified, outdated, and simply damaging.

Because in today’s world, the real issue isn’t calories, it’s chemicals.

Our “food” system is filled with artificial sweeteners, seed oils, preservatives, dyes, and additives that completely disrupt the gut, hormones, mind, and metabolism.

You can eat 1,500 calories a day and still feel bloated, anxious, and exhausted if those calories come from ultra-processed junk.

It’s time to stop obsessing over the numbers on your food label and start caring about the ingredients behind them.

Health is simple... count CHEMICALS, not CALORIES ;)

Want to know how your health is actually doing?
These 20 numbers tell the story that is beyond the scale or our age.

From push-ups to bloodwork, these are the simple, research-backed markers that predict how well (and how long) you’ll live.

Start tracking these, and you’ll never need to guess what “healthy” really means again.

Save this for your next check-up 💫

I woke up CRAVING chocolate. I knew exactly why!
Women: IYKYK 😅
Instead of finding the stash of chocolate, I tossed some sweet potatoes in the oven and practiced some delayed gratification. 👀

I mean… What if dessert could love your hormones back?

These rich, fudgy brownies are made with whole-food ingredients that support stable blood sugar, healthy progesterone production, and gentle detox pathways. No refined flours, no dairy, blood sugar spike, just nutrients that work with your body.

Why they’re hormone-friendly:
• Sweet potato gives slow-burning carbs and beta-carotene to support progesterone balance.
• Nut butter adds steady fats that calm cortisol and fuel hormone production.
• Cocoa delivers magnesium to ease PMS and support relaxation.
• Maple syrup offers natural sweetness with minerals, no blood-sugar crash.
• Oat flour (or gluten free 1-1 flour) provides fiber to aid estrogen metabolism and detox.

Every bite is nourishment in disguise proof that healing food can still taste like comfort.

Sweet Potato Brownies
What’s in it:

1 cup mashed cooked sweet potato
½ cup nut butter of choice
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup chocolate chips
Flaky salt to top
Note: for thicker brownies, double the recipe and cook an extra 10min.

How to make it:
Bake and remove skins frm sweet potatoes then mash in a bowl. Mix in wet ingredients, then fold in dry. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes in a parchment-lined 9x9 pan. Cool, slice, and enjoy. So easy!

These aren’t just brownies, they’re hormone supportive fuel for women who want energy, balance, and joy without restriction.

In America, we go from a candy-filled Halloween… to a pie-stuffed Thanksgiving… to a cookies, candy, and booze-fueled Christmas… all in just 60 days.

And every year, right on cue, we call it “flu season.”
But what we’re also facing, is sugar season.

Two months of blood sugar spikes, alcohol, stress, and lack of sleep and we wonder why our immune systems crash right as winter hits.

It’s not just about the germs going around it’s about how we treat our bodies.

What if the biggest seasonal illness isn’t the flu… it’s burnout, inflammation, and imbalance?

This year, maybe “staying healthy” means living mindful of sugar, rest, more light, and more balance.
Because prevention doesn’t start with a pill or a vaccine…rather, it starts with a lifestyle.

Thoughts??
